The general conditions are intended to define the conditions under which the HOLIDAYS HOUSES Service bases on, and the use of this Service. subscribing to the service implies full and complete acceptance of the TERMS & CONDITIONS and Conditions applicable to commercial Bid.
1. SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS
You must claim to be a person of legal age, able to sign contracts in European law
2. COMMITMENTS

3. CONTENT OF NOTICE

Any ad that involves substantial errors or do not undergo these general conditions could be rejected or modified as inappropriate, without your consent, and without HOUSE HOLIDAYS having to justify , this has to bo published in accordance with Article 5 below. In these scenarios, you have no right to be reimbursed. You cannot receive any compensation of any kind.
d. In order for you to receive this service and place ads, you must provide at least a photo, email address and a title in your ad .
e. You can publish up to 10 pictures in one ad . Uploading the images is free of charge. HOUSES HOLIDAYS reserves the right not to publish any inappropriate photographs, in accordance in particular with paragraph b above.
4. LINKS TO PERSONAL PAGES
In exchange for a link to your page, after checking this link, HOUSES HOLIDAYS may insert a hypertext link on your personal page (and only on this rental). Professional pages are not accepted. As no permanent control of these personal pages can be exercised, the owner withdraws HOUSES HOLIDAYS from all liability with respect to its content.
5. RATINGS FOR HOLIDAY HOUSES holidaymakers
provides an opportunity for holidaymakers to comment freely on any ads on your page. HOUSES HOLIDAYS reserves the right to publish or not any of the vacationers adverts who has the say on the rented property.
Our services only censor reviews affecting the dignity, integrity and honor.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENTS AND DURATION
a. All advertising is paid in cash.
b. GENERAL CONDITIONS terminate from the date of its online subscription for the specified period in the particular conditions of its commercial offering.
7.SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
If you miss all or part of the general conditions or if HOUSES HOLIDAYS think your moves are likely to carry any dysfunction of the Web site or in the event of fraud or unfairness, HOUSES HOLIDAYS reserves the right to discontinue at any time temporarily or permanently the registration and publication of your ads. This suspension will be notified by email and will take place immediately, unless the maneuvers that accuse you refer to the non-conformity of the advertisements GENERAL CONDITIONS. b. For this service and website to function properly, HOUSES HOLIDAYS has the right at any time to terminate all access to website it is in any need of maintenance/testing. HOLIDAYS HOUSES will work as fast as possible in carrying out these operations. Because of this HOUSE HOLIDAYS cannot be held responsible.
c. If for any technical problems your ad(s) could not be published, no refund or compensation will be given.
d. If for any technical reasons, your ads are not visible or could not be activated, making sure HOUSES HOLIDAYS received this notification to edit your ad, we shall immediately refund the amount paid. You cannot however claim to any compensation from HOUSES HOLIDAYS.
9. WARRANTIES
Liable for damages of any kind, caused by HOUSES HOLIDAYS and which to find their source in legal obligations or contract commitments. Your responsibility will be for text, images, the full content of the ads (including trade links embedded in ads). 10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
a. In case of any errors in introducing the ad, HOLIDAYS HOUSES will not take responsibility beyond the amount of the listed price paid by the owner. The announcement will be well prepared if the advertiser does not show it to HOUSES HOLIDAYS 8 days after the beginning of your ad .
b. HOUSES HOLIDAYS can not be liable for any indirect harm, including loss or alteration of data, loss of profit, turnover, opportunities, time, or any other cause.
c. HOLIDAYS HOUSES will release any contractual obligations in case of any major force occurrence , or any act attributable to third parties, or any other circumstances having an external cause affecting the HOUSES HOLIDAYS staff. In circumstances of any delay or defect in its performance we can not give any damage rights. This major force shall include, in addition to the cases recognized by the law, all natural disasters, all acts of war, acts against public order, epidemics, fires, floods and other disasters, all government actions, any internet or network dysfunction (internal, external ...). In the scenario where a case prevents, delays or affects the performance of an obligation for more than 90 days, HOUSES HOLIDAYS may terminate the GENERAL CONDITIONS.
11. WARNING
